Get ready for one of the most exciting family events of the summer! The 19th Annual Barnegat Bay Day, sponsored by Atlantic City Electric, is back at the LBIF in Loveladies — and it’s better than ever.
This free, interactive event is all about celebrating and exploring the Barnegat Bay ecosystem. Families can enjoy an afternoon full of hands-on activities, science-themed crafts, educational demonstrations, and local food trucks.
Highlights include:
• Learn about the bay’s critters, plants, and waterways
• Science-themed crafts for kids of all ages
• Interactive demos and marine touch tanks
• Snap a selfie with a terrapin or an alpaca from Out of Sight Alpacas!
• Local food trucks on-site for tasty bites

Hello! I’m a proud wife and mother of four living on the beautiful seaside stretch of Long Beach Island, NJ—where the days are full of sand (a lot of it!), saltwater, and just enough chaos to keep life interesting.
My life is a blend of beach days, dance recitals, grocery runs and baseball games. I’m passionate about making memories with my crew, mornings by the ocean, Sunday dinners (that are normally a little loud), enjoying coastal sunsets, planning adventures, solo target runs, strong coffee and I find joy in the beautiful, messy moments of motherhood.
