(Beach Haven) Surflight is proud to present Disney’s Frozen Jr. as part of its
children’s theatre series for the Summer 2024 season. Discover with Princesses
Anna and Elsa their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood.
Surflight’s Children’s Theatre features adults performing live musical theatre
shows for children ages 2-10. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with
magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, children will learn about the magic of
theater where possibilities are limitless.
Disney’s Frozen Jr. is a part of Surflight’s education program. Surflight’s Musicals
for Children is a long-standing program designed to expose children to the
brilliance of live theatre. Surflight is committed to providing learning opportunities
to children through its Musicals for Children program that features several different
plays throughout the summer, some of which include acting opportunities for
young performers: Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Cinderella,
Disney’s Frozen Jr., and Wizard of Oz.
This production is made possible under the leadership of the producing artistic
director Steve Steiner. Elizabeth Troxler is the Director and Choreographer for
Surflight’s Disney’s Frozen Jr. The production team also includes Julia Zusi as the
Music Director, Muryenne Fields as the Production Stage Manager, and Sadie
Goldstein as the Assistant Stage Manager, Jordan Polefka as the Assistant Director
of Education and the Assistant Stage Manager, Maria Laird as the Scenic Designer,
Jolee Morris as the Props Designer, Eli McKenna as the Lighting Designer, Mandi
Chiaro as the Costume Designer, Sam Grodin as the Sound Designer, Maura
Kelley as the Scenic Charge Artist, and Alec Breck as the Children’s Theatre
Technical Director.
The cast features Emily Anagnos as Elsa, Annie Shea Caravella as Anna, TD
Brody as Kristoff, Mark James as Hans/Oaken, Michael Paciello as Olaf, Mason
Hemphill as Sven, and an ensemble of Mia Alessi, Sonja Babic, Briella Bottone,
Ella Brotshul, Riley Caldwell, Noah Chin, Angelina Colavita, Mila Ellis, Sierra
Elise, Stella Falcone, Grace Hargadon, Lexie Hoffman, Emma Holler, Taylor
Johnson, Clara Kelley, Victoria King, Charlie Kirchmaier, Olivia Kubeck, Morgan
Lee, Briar Longo, Eva Lyudmirsky, Emma Markoski, Kyler Mathes, Natalie
Mathews, Julia McHale, Jillian Montello, Emma Rollis, Cecelia Szabo, and Tayla
Wakefield.
