Welcome back to another summer on Long Beach Island!
While we all are hoping for sunny skies this week leading up to the 4th of July, the islands weather can be unpredictable. If the rain clouds roll in there are still things to do!
Start your morning at one of LBI’s cozy coffee shops or bakeries. Try Shore Good Donuts in Ship Bottom or grab a hot drink from Guapo’s in Beach Haven. Explore Local favorites like the LBI Historical Museum in Beach Haven or go do a picture scavenger hunt inside the Surf City Library.
Whether it’s board games in your rental and takeout food or a trip to sugar planet and making bracelets at Just Bead It, LBI can be magical-rain or shine. Just keep in mind some of these events are weather dependent.

My life is a blend of beach days, dance recitals, grocery runs and baseball games. I’m passionate about making memories with my crew, mornings by the ocean, Sunday dinners (that are normally a little loud), enjoying coastal sunsets, planning adventures, solo target runs, strong coffee and I find joy in the beautiful, messy moments of motherhood.
