A home for some, a vacation destination for many, and a getaway for others – LBI has served as a place to unplug for tri-state residents for decades. There is something about that drive over the causeway that seems to leave our worries behind.
Say we went Family Feud-style and asked 100 LBI escapees what they were taking a break from? There is no question there would be a lot of kid, husband, wife and job answers thrown around.
The real question is – would anyone say “my dog”?
